Scattered rain, light snow today for Las Vegas area
A storm system that brought about a half an inch of rain to the Las Vegas area Saturday will continue to linger in the area today, according to the National Weather Service. The weather service said an upper level low pressure system is moving east across the area, bringing more scattered showers today to the valleys and snow to nearby mountains.
