Chilorio’s Very Mexican, a fast-casual restaurant at 130 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables, has a second location at 8211 S. Dixie Hwy., South Miami. Many of the dishes on the health-oriented menu of grilled burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas, tacos, tostadas, fajitas and soups are based on family recipes, according to founder Diego Cortes, and are made from fresh ingredients.
