The CityOasis Vacation Homes are located in three of West Palm Beaches portfolio of 1920's historic neighborhoods, listed in the National Register of Historic Places - four in the Grandview Heights neighborhood, one in Mango Promenade, and one in the Flamingo Park historic neighborhood. Each house is completely renovated and remodeled with all the modern conveniences you expect, while retaining the original charm and unique character that is so compelling in todays modern world of generic, styrofoam details. We strive for a real sense of place that reflects both the "Old Florida" history and the present vitality of todays West Palm Beach and South Florida. Owner and 3rd generation West Palm Beach native, Richard Prescott utilizes a wide range of professional experience including architecture, landscape architecture, historic preservation and urban planning in the "development" of the CityOasis properties. To this he brings the observations of his own extensive travel experience, creating an accommodations experience that has recieved wide acclaim from seasoned travelers from around the world.
Privacy
No need to be surrounded by strangers at the breakfast table, or in the hotel lobby or elevator. Other peoples kids are not running down the hallway. All CityOasis houses have 6 foot privacy fences around most of the property, and feature lush tropical landscaping for added privacy. We think you'll agree that having your own private place is much better, and more relaxing on your vacation than other, more crowded types of accommodations.

CityOasis Vacation Rental Homes Inc. was inspired by the best Bed and Breakfast Inns and Boutique Hotels. We are not the "mom & pop" type of amateur rental, we are not owned by a large corporation, and we are not a collection of various properties represented by a realtor. All CityOasis Properties are owned and managed by the owners, who live within 3 blocks of the houses. All of our furnishings, decor, landscaping is high-end and thoughtfully, professionally selected. Quality, Cleanliness and Safety
Unlike almost all other rentals is West Palm Beach, the properties of CityOasis Vacation Homes, Inc. are licensed and inspected by the City of West Palm Beach AND the State of Florida, as well as licensed by Palm Beach County. Being a professionally run business, we pay all the required taxes as well. Unlike local amateur, clandestine rentals, you can count on the quality, cleanliness and the safety of our homes. Our homes are professionally cleaned after each guest (which takes several hours) at no extra cost to you. Jaccuzis are drained and cleaned after each guest departure, and pools and landscaping are professionally maintained on a weekly basis, and we utilize professional monthly pest control as well. We have "EXIT" signs as per state code: if you stay at a "vacation rental" without one, your host is not playing by the rules. Why take a chance with your well-earned vacation at a questionable, amateur rental property?
